Delete your Heartly account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

Open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. Everything below is removed immediately.

Without the app

Email heartlyai.dev@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or tell us that address if you signed in with Google or Apple) and ask us to delete it. We'll delete everything within 30 days and reply to confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Everything you wrote while journaling, and what Heartly reflected back
• All your conversations, including the markers along the way
• The words you chose to keep
• Your progress, streaks and path through the modules
• Usage records linked to you, and any pending reminders

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous, aggregate counts (for example, how many stages were completed across everyone) may remain because they can't be traced back to you. Conversations are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, which doesn't use them to train its models.
